We collect information using Google Analytics to gain insight and improve functionality and to enhance the user experience. Google Analytics collects information about how frequently users visit our site, what pages they visit, as well as other information about online activities. Information on this site may include embedded content (such as videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content is subject to the privacy policies of the referring site. These websites may collect data, use cookies, track use, and monitor interaction with the embedded content.

We include links to other websites as a courtesy to our clients to find relevant information. When you visit another site, their privacy policy may differ from ours.
Security
We host our website on a secure server and take reasonable efforts to maintain a secure site. Unfortunately, electronic servers and databases are subject to breaches/errors and we are unable guarantee that these events will not occur. We will not be held liable for any such occurrences.
SMS / Text Message Communications
Consent. Flourish Design Studio may send text (SMS) messages to clients who have explicitly opted in to receive them — either by checking the SMS consent box on our project intake form, or by providing written or verbal consent during onboarding. Consent is never required to work with Flourish Design Studio or to purchase our services.
Purpose. When you opt in, we send you text (SMS) messages for project milestone reminders only — such as proposal review reminders, contract signing reminders, and deadline reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not send texts for any other purpose.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project activity. You may receive no messages in some weeks and several in others.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Flourish Design Studio does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Opting out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages from us. You may also opt out by contacting us at jackie@flourishdesignstudio.com or 607.351.8745.

Data. Your phone number and SMS consent status are stored securely alongside your other project information and are never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your phone number with our SMS service provider (Brevo) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have opted in to receive.
Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
